You want to hear that we are an international procurement and all powerful project management company, which brings our Chinese factories in direct relations to you. Our website should boast about how we specialize in something so grand overseas that you couldn't possibly do yourself. It's probably a good thing that we have direct ground teams in Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Dongguan since you probably don't. And, yes we should really sell the fact that we develop quality products and professional relationships. However reality tells us if you are unrealistic about pricing or timelines, which you may very well be without proper consultation, neither of us will really be happy with the end result. We here to solve problems not perform miracles. The truth is, we will ultimately invest significant resources in evaluating prospective vendors, manufacturers, partners, clients just to perform due diligence in the beginning selection process. This means we don't care to work for anyone and everyone. We select our clients carefully, if you need to read something to get comfortable with us. This relationship is probably not going to work, as you don't really understand us to begin with. We are here to build enduring relationships based on trust among all parties. Communication or lack of, causes the first concern overseas. That's why we are Chinese and speak Chinese. There is a difference in language and cultural understandings that you will just not understand if you're reading this. Because anyone that understands how China works probably wouldn't be here on our website reading this copy. We've been here for 8+ years, and it shows in our ping pong game. Our China team has been playing ping pong since they've been in elementary so we'll even go double or nothing on your bill if you'd like. You should know that it is possible to get every grade in China. From the tightest tolerances of an internal racing engine to low-grade notebook paper at your grocery store, its all made in China. Once you've successfully made your mistakes you'll realize that factory selection, scalability and communication is key. For the most part, every product has a range of 2-3 grades of quality available. The differences are reflected by the prices and timelines. If your looking for low-grade products you can probably fumble around yourself and figure out how to do that. Since your still reading, we'll assume you have some sort of quality standard in mind. So how do you really ensure quality control on the production line? Since we can't read your mind, the most accurate way is to send a sample and/or the specifications of the product to the manufacturers during the pricing stage so that your production sample comes at your quality level. If it does not, we can always adjust or switch levels or factories before the production run. Once you have approved your sample Process China will have a team member on-location during stages of your production run to ensure the approved quality level is upheld. For most do it your self-individuals. We'd like to tell you to try it yourself first. You won't understand our value until your trial and error experience has been fulfilled.
