PRODUCT ANALYSIS

Analyzes the requirements of the commodity, including preliminary specifications, preferred supplier, and date commodity is needed. Solicits and evaluates proposals for the requested commodity.PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT Process engineers can prototype, develop and provide industrial mechanical designs here in the states or overseas in China. Our Design studio houses a full design team for company branding, color story, typography, packaging, and product design. We design, manufacture, and deliver, offering you a full service agency from start to finish.

SOURCING SOLUTIONS

Work with Process China ground team managers to develop and implement China sourcing solutions and strategies. Locate and develop potential suppliers that have the capability to supply the commodity per requirements. Investigates and/or interviews the supplier to determine if they meet standards. Insures that chosen suppliers offer best in class pricing, high quality components, and timely deliveries.

RISK MANAGEMENT

Supervise vendor facilities to evaluate overall performance, including production capacity, cost control, efficiency, quality, reliability and on-time delivery. Effectively lead the process by overseeing requirements definition, bid, negotiations, contract documentation & integration.

PROTOTYPING AND SAMPLING

Process China will take you through the sample phases of your product. From ptorotyping to full production our China ground team will oversea every step of the process.

QUALITY CONTROL

Provide overall vendor management including ensuring tactical execution within assigned commodity, escalations due to service delivery/quality issues and invoicing/payables issues, supplier & contract database management, etc.

PRODUCTION OVERSITE

During your production run, Process China‘s quality control export will be on staff at each selected factory to oversee the project. Our quality control team monitors the entire production run and QC’s a minimum of 10% of all products.

IMPORTING / EXPORTING

For all the projects that we handle, we will arrange door to door delivery. Air, Boat, FOB, LCL, FCL, 20’ Container, 40’ Container. Shipments cleared by experienced logistics staf at Process China.
