CHINA SOURCING PROCEDURE

CLIENT ENTERS AT DESIGN PHASE

1. Client describes and showcases product to Process Agency. Start of product analysis and client debriefing.
2. Process begins industry research and market positioning of clients product.
3. Design of Brand Identity, Packaging, and Marketing materials as needed by client in design stage. Industrial Designers begin mechanical and product designs using : CGI, Illustrations, CAD and mechanical files and specs outlined for prototyping and sourcing in China.
4. Marketing and Product launch materials selected and delivered. - Brochures, website, trade show booth and additional Business assets are delivered to client.

CLIENT ENTERS AT SOURCING AND PRICING PHASE

1. Product Analysis, Strategic planning of materials, factories, and production process. 2-3 days for Review.
2. Sample Delivery with Spec and Tech sheet to Process China's Ground team for factory direct price quote. 3-4 days for pricing.
3. Client discussions and review of pricing, strategy, and factory terms.
4. Client approves pricing, terms, and production timelines. Process moves to make production quality sample for clients final sign off.

CLIENT ENTERS AT PRODUCTION PHASE

4. Prototyping & Molding for production ready samples.
5. Delivery of sample photos for approval, followed by next day hard sample delivery to client in U.S. for final approval.
6. Schedule and production timeline confirmation with client. Quality Control staff on board and set in place during sampling and production of clients project.
7. Production run begins, Manufacturer purchases materials and arranges for production.
8. Quality Control Monitoring - Process China's ground stall runs random sampling of a minimum 10% products inspected during production and another minimum of 10% inspected before loading.

PROCESS CHINA SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS

9. Shipping & handling - Process China’s ground team will arrange the shipping, customs claim, and local delivery to your door step.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME FROM CHINA

Process team coordinates every step of the shipping process for you. This starts with :
2 Days inland from factory
2 Days for cleanup from China Customs includes Loading time
15 - 20 Days on boat from China to US ports
2 Days for Claim from US Customs includes Unloading time
1 Week inland through trucking
Delivery to clients specified address
