Can anyone order any quantity of products in China?

Yes, you are able to order small quantities. Even, if the your order doesn't fill one container, it is possible to get it shipped with partial-freight container. It is also possible to ship goods, from 3-4 different suppliers, in the same container. Are Chinese products low-grade?

It is possible to get every grade in China. From the tightest tollerance of internal racing engine parts to low-grade notebook paper at your grocery store, its all available and manufactured in China. Factory selection and communuication is key. In fact, many high quality big foreign companies manufacture in China. For the most part, every product has a range of 2-3 grades of quality available. The differences are reflected by the prices. Process China’s American office and team will help you evaluate your target market and retail price along with competitors to determine the quality target for your selected factory. Chinese products are not low-grade, but if you wish, you may reduce the production quality, to get a lower quotation.

How do you ensure quality control on the product?

The most accurate way is to send a sample and/or the specifications of the product to the manufacturers during the pricing stage so that your production sample comes at your quality level. If it does not, we can always adjust or switch factories before the production run. Once you have approved your sample Process China will have a team member on-location during stages of your production run to ensure the approved quality level is upheld.

We buy in China already, but we have problems with the constancy of quality. What must we do?

There are two ways. You come to China, watch the process during the production and inspect your goods on the acceptance date. Or you engage our company as your buying agent and quality control team and we implement our proven proceedures on a retainer rate to monitor the production quality and control. With Process China’s ground team working on-location, you’ll minimize your risk and you’ll get the constancy of your target quality.

When we place an order from China, do we need to visit China?

Only if you like Chinese food. Process China’s team handles every step of the process for you so you don’t ever have to step foot in China. However if you decide to come to China, our ground team can pick you up, set up hotel accomodations and even drive you to your factories for on-hand business transactions. You don’t even need to speak Chinese as our ground team speaks full English and Chinese and will translate all dialog for you.

Who will manage the shipping of the goods?

If you get in touch with a shipping company or agent, you can get all information and quotations. Or let our Process China ground team organize and negotiate with our shipping partners and send you a cost estimate. If you agree we also do the inspection, packaging, and loading your goods.

We buy from different manufacturers in China. How do we send and track multiple advance payments. Is it possible to collectively import and distribute funds from one central company and location?

Yes, it is possible. Even if you buy from different suppliers, you are able to control and organize your whole import from one company in China. Process China offers this service.

What is the advantage processing our whole import over one company?

First of all, you will save the high money transfer fees for all these suppliers. Second, because this export company will sign the contracts with your suppliers according to the Chinese laws, in cases of complications, it will be easier to defend your rights. And you would save the fees, for the letters of credit, for all these suppliers, because you would need only one L/C for the export company in China.
